Introduction
Two comprehensive checklists (Principle-Aligned and Phase-Aligned) are described and aligned to the 7 principles and 8 lifecycle phases.
Answer each statement by circling the ‘Y’ meaning ‘yes’ or ‘N’ meaning ‘no’; circle both (Y/N) if only sometimes or not sure.
The more ‘Y’ answers the better; ‘N’ answers shows where more work is required
